1. 30 Days Free Demo

We offer a 30-day free demo period for our software and devices. During this period, you can evaluate the full functionality of our products without any financial commitment. This demo period allows you to ensure that our products meet your needs and expectations.


2. Return & Refund Policy After 30 Days

If you decide to purchase our software or device after the 30-day free demo period and pay the full amount in cash, the following conditions apply:

  • Within 30 Days of Purchase: We do not offer a full refund after the 30-day demo period has ended. Since the software and device were provided and installed free of charge during the demo, we will deduct the cost of the software from the refund. The remaining amount will be refunded to you.


3. Refund Policy from 2 to 6 Months

If you request a refund between 2 months and 6 months after the date of purchase, we will process a partial refund. The refund amount will be 50% of the full amount paid. This partial refund considers the usage and depreciation of the software and device during this period.


4. No Refunds After 6 Months

We do not offer returns or refunds for any payments made after 6 months from the date of purchase. By this time, the software and device have been in use for a significant period, and the full value has been realized.


5. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@mirotech.comto request a return.
  2. Provide your purchase details, including the order number, date of purchase, and reason for the return.
  3. Our customer support team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product.
  4. Return the product in its original packaging, along with all accessories and documentation, to the address provided by our customer support team.


6. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund according to the terms stated in this policy. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please allow 3 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.


7. Exclusions

This Return & Refund Policy does not apply to the following:

  • Products that have been damaged due to misuse, abuse, or improper handling.
  • Products that have been altered or modified.
  • Custom or personalized products.
